BT do charge a call set up fee of 13.1p. We do not charge a connection fee to connect to our access
numbers, if however you’re call provider charges you a minimum call set-up fee then that will of
course apply as normal.

Who Can Use This service?
Everyone calling from within the UK can use 2pCalls.com' low cost international calls service from any landline or mobile
phone that allows access to numbers beginning with 08 and 09; our access numbers are not available from overseas.
Please ensure that you have the bill payer's permission before using the service.
How do I get billed for the overseas calls I make?
Your usual service provider will charge you our advertised pence per minute. You will not receive a bill from 2pCalls.com If
you're a customer of BT, then BT will charge you their advertised rate per minute - mobile and other providers pricing do
vary, and we recommend that you check with your provider before using our international access numbers.

Do I have to sign up or make any pre-payments before I can use your access numbers? No! Simply dial the 2pCalls.com access number before the overseas number to start saving. There are no pre-payments (unless of course you sign up for cheap international calls from your mobile, via the SMS top up, which is a pre-payment service). Do you charge a connection fee for each call? Your usual service provider will charge you their normal call set-up fee. BT charges a 13.87p call set up fee for each call made. (Price updated on 02/01/2014). Other networks charge different amounts, so please check with your service provider for their current rate. Is VAT included in the price? Yes, the price shown is the price you pay - there are no hidden fees or additional charges ever! When do I start being billed? You'll be charged by your normal provider when you connect to our service.
Too good to be true?
Yes It sounds too good to be true,? There is no catch?" We're able to charge you from only 1p a minute for every
international call you make simply by diverting your call via our own internet network and therefore not having to
pay for the use of BT's international telephone system.
Calling from a mobile under contract How does it work?
Using your mobile phone, text the message TALK to 68888. You'll be charged £5.00 for this text which is used as a
deposit for £5.00 worth of cheap international calls to use straight-away.
You'll receive a reply text message from us with your new PIN, which you'll need to access the service.
Next dial 01613 28 28 20* from your mobile phone (Calls to this number are included in your monthly minutes, or are
charged at your mobile provider's standard rate).
Now you'll hear a speedy welcome plus your current calling balance. Next, carefully enter your international number
beginning with 00 as usual don't press the send key again, or you may get charged for two calls, one to 01613 28 28
20, and one to the overseas number.
When your credit runs out, you'll need to re-send the text TALK to 68888 to deposit another £5.00 of calling credit.
* Calls to 01613 28 28 20 are included in your monthly minutes, or are charged at your mobile provider's standard rate.
Please note that you have to top up your phone with our SMS service before using this number. Using this number
without credit will mean you will be paying the regular charge for international calls from your mobile.
